      Pros

      You have time to learn more about your craft. If you are interested in pro sound or lighting you have time to hone your knowledge.

      Cons

      The store is barely open and has a very limited selection. Many times as a customer you will walk in and wonder why things are priced as high as they are.

      Pros

      - The co-workers are fun and friendly. The pay is decent for what the position is. It is safe to say that the job is interesting work. If you want to get a side gig for the weekends it is solid weekend scheduling.

      Cons

      If you are a professional full-time DJ then there are better gigs and companies to work for. The equipment that you are forced to use is outdated. There is not room to grow. The gigs are limited.
