Pros

Strong supply chains start with strong teams — and that’s something Miebach genuinely invests in. The culture is highly collaborative and supportive. Even as the company grows quickly, people remain patient, approachable, and focused on helping each other succeed. It doesn’t feel overly competitive — it feels like a team. There’s also a clear emphasis on how we work together. From structured team development (like Enneagram workshops) to time spent together during onsites, there’s a real effort to build a shared language around communication and collaboration. That translates directly into better teamwork and stronger client outcomes. Great opportunity for growth. You’re encouraged to take initiative, stretch beyond your core role, and explore different areas of the supply chain. It’s a place where you can build both depth and breadth. Leadership is engaged and accessible, and there’s strong support for professional development and industry involvement, including initiatives that elevate women in supply chain leadership.

Cons

With rapid growth, priorities can shift quickly and there’s a need to stay flexible. At times, structure and processes are still catching up to the pace of expansion. That said, for those who are comfortable with change, this also creates opportunities to step in, shape things, and make an impact.

Pros

- Fantastic flexibility offered, they give you trust and just ask that you don't take advantage of it - Do a great job of listening to their employees, 2+ anonymous employee survey's a year, and you see them make changes based off of results - Better work life balance than most consulting firms. There will be busier weeks but it seems to balance out. - Incredible International training opportunities for all employees even at the earliest level - diverse org in terms of nationalities - growing fast, exciting time to be an employee - always pay out bonuses, where as other consulting firms tend not to - really good health and dental insurance - employee events throughout year to help office culture - very low turnover percentage in terms of consulting firms

Cons

- some growing pains, but they are pushing to hire more to help with this demand - You can work 40+ hours some weeks, especially during project deadlines. However this is extremely normal in consulting, and Miebach's flexibility allows you to maintain a sense of balance
