Depends which store you work at, they all have different clientele, not to mention different management. Eat as many pastries as you want. One week paid vacation. Work in a cheerful environment. If you stay long enough and have a good manager you will be reasonably well compensated. Easy to do well at if you're personable, not lazy, and have an eye for detail.
