Most of the professional office employees at Milbank are hardworking and dedicated people. They are kind and welcoming, and in general the company tries to maintain a sense of a "family business".
Cons
The company was embarking on a technology development path but, due to a change in upper management, the direction shifted and almost all of the software and hardware engineers have left the company within the last year. Many members of management exhibit behaviors indicative of either low self-esteem or subconsciously-perceived incompetence. These managers often deflect responsibility for failures in business plans or strategies towards implementers, while modifying KPIs and yearly goals to reflect current reality and then claiming success.
