Community here is solid. Everyone engages with each other in meaningful ways, and the relationships with customers are very deep and honest.
This is an MSP that cares about employees and customers which is really great to see, and is very much a rarity. Typically MSPs are sweatshops disguised as startups or established companies and Miles has the balance figured out.
This company very much cares about your development, as long as you are willing to work hard for it. When you work hard, you see the return on your work in real time.
Cons
Standard organizational issues. Communication can break down between teams, and even though who does what is clearly written, departments will often bicker or redirect you to someone else to fix a problem.

Family comes first here at Miles IT. I work from home because I have kids in school and kids with special needs. Miles IT offers the flexibility I need to take care of them.
Miles IT offers great opportunities for advancement and expanding your knowledge.
Everyone I work with is super friendly, and we all strive to support and help each other succeed.
We may have many divisions, but we are all one company, and we ensure each other's success.
Cons
Sometimes, I work a bit longer hours because I am so engaged in something that I can't stop until I'm done. (maybe that is my ADHD talking)

Great place for IT beginners. They put family first and offer great flexibility with work-from-home shift timings. It’s a great environment for learning new skills and gaining hands-on technical exposure.
Cons
The company suffers from poor workload management, continuously loading tasks onto overwhelmed employees while senior staff are too busy to offer timely help. Management fails to value seasoned employees, routinely ignoring their feedback and opinions. Instead, the culture leans into unnecessary micromanagement, where employees are constantly criticized for petty mistakes that do not impact the customer, leaving staff feeling unappreciated. Combined with the complete absence of an HR department to address behavioral issues, this creates a highly stressful and toxic work environment.
