      Opportunity for those who truly desire it, work for it - and constantly ask for it.

      Cons

      Entry level pay can be very close to industry low. It can truly feel like "starting at rock bottom and working your way up". Most opportunities for advancement and pay raises worth celebrating are if you work in the office or in a field management position.
