Company culture was good - frequent team lunches, activities, snacks etc.

The PM lacked empathy, asked us to work even when sick (used to say "take a tablet and work"). Lack of communication. Favoritism. Empty promises of understanding employees' concerns. Salary not proportionate to the workload.
