Cons
One of the biggest issues was the team atmosphere. Collaboration and mutual support were noticeably lacking, and the general mood within teams often felt tense or unwelcoming. This kind of environment tends to undermine productivity and engagement. Another concern was the company’s approach to integrating and supporting new employees. I often felt that team members were not encouraged to help newcomers grow or feel included, which can slow down learning and limit development. Finally, the salary offered for the role was, in my opinion, on the lower end considering the workload and responsibilities - You cannot compare it with what Blackstone offers. While not entirely inadequate, it felt borderline for the expectations set.
