• Extremely poor communication from management, especially regarding contract renewal and job security • Decisions are repeatedly delayed with vague updates, leaving employees in uncertainty until the last minute • Lack of transparency on project status and deployment plans • Employees are treated as easily replaceable resources rather than valued team members • Verbal discussions and expectations are not clearly followed through with proper confirmation • Creates unnecessary stress for employees, especially when contract end dates are near

None at all. I have been in the workforce for 20 years and this is really the worst company I have worked for

The owner (Andy) is obnoxious and full of himself. Expect you to take calls according to his schedule. Usually late in the evening or weekends. This will be a common occurrence not once in a while. These calls are redundant and could be avoided. Will not take reasons like your family commitment over the weekends to skip the calls.
