Lots of opportunity to learn about working with nonprofits. Plenty of work to keep you busy.
Cons
Reporting was weekly or impromptu with certain clients. Also one person is expected to be the entire marketing team and expected to work 60+ hours. Pay is below industry average although the work you will do is senior level.
