Pros

Not many unless you don't mind working for cheap, traveling on your own dime for the most part, and not having everything you need to complete the job on site

Cons

-Almost everything aside from the hard working individuals that are not in a management -There is no management structure whatsoever -Feels like Chinese fire drill at all times -Will have to go above and beyond to finish jobs with no additional compensation as there will be issues every step of the way that are 100% preventable outside of OT (if they decide to give OT) -Multiple (and majority) members of upper management are also busy running several other businesses instead of the one they sit in an office for and will only address issues when a client calls screaming and/or threatening to back charge -This results in everything being dumped on the warehouse staff, office staff, and installers to fix without help, in addition to blame thrown at everyone for issues that stem from management neglectfulness -Apprentices are taken advantage of and need to be available at all times to assist in: any mistakes made, drive forgotten tools/supplies, or fill gaps everywhere but will not be given consistent work
