Associates have opportunities to learn and grow in their position; management works hard but always takes time for fun conversation and a chance to share a moment; an executive team that takes time to update Associates on the status of the company; on-going efforts to make Associates feel appreciated and offer options to participate on a variety of committees.

Lots of company-sponsored social events and activities.
Cons
Lots of pressure to “be more productive” aka do more. Lately there has been a lot turnover in management positions with managers either leaving on their own or being fired. The open positions of managers get left unfilled indefinitely leaving associates confused in regard to who their boss is now. It’s become an uncertain time and it’s hard to know who’s getting fired next…
