Pros
- Culture is good - Unlimited vacation policy is good (I didn't notice anyone abusing it) - Offices are obviously beautiful - Flexibility with working from home - Most leaders are wonderful humans - Benefits are good - Better World initiatives are great
Cons
- It's VERY difficult to get a raise here. You're stuck where you are for a long time. - Management has changed drastically, resulting in leaders with a lack of knowledge and experience in furniture and manufacturing - Development is limited, very very limited here - Most leaders are great but some are hard to work with and don't value team members
