Pros
Herman Miller and Knoll joining up should have created an unstoppable force in the furniture industry. I really believed in the potential of the brand and was looking forward to what we could accomplish as these two giants in design came together. Unfortunately, none of this is being realized under current executive leadership and the company, and its people, are struggling on many fronts.
Cons
There is zero culture at MillerKnoll and most everyone is miserable, mourning the loss of the strong cultures that both HM and Knoll had independently. They’ve lost total sight of what matters. My hope is that the company will begin to thrive soon, but serious changes in leadership need to happen first. Morale has been in the gutter ever since the CEO lost it on a company-wide call. A full year later and morale/culture still has not recovered. Compensation and benefits at MillerKnoll lag well behind it's peers.
