Pros
Easy going people, multicultural company, great benefits and paid time off (if you really can take paid time off due to workload)
Cons
Top global management does not have sufficient knowledge or experience for the role, maintaining an always reactive environment, constantly firefighting. Also, fierce political wars raging for the last 2 years have of late turned ugly, turning the work environment many times into a hostile one. Also, you will not learn anything new in Millicom, not from management, not from current practices, not from technology being applied there. Always behind, always firefighting. Remote work is severely discouraged, sitting your hours in the office where your boss can see you is strongly preferred. Last but not least, if you are an only English speaker you might be isolated in meetings as others switch languages and maintain the meeting in Spanish, despite the fact that everyone present speaks both languages.
