Not Great - Anonymous employee Milliman Employee Review

Ridiculously long hours at times. Weekend work and even having to come in to work when you have booked a holiday is a regular feature. Don't get to choose the work you do. Very rigid study plans, no real freedom and not as much consideration for this compared to client work. No real social culture, made even worse during the pandemic. Impossible to go forward in the organization, only men are hired as Principals
