Pros
The people that you work with are great individuals. The platform itself is a great concept but they are unable to thoughtfully push the needle forward since leadership thinks in a very linear way and won't improve or make adjustments to the platform to enhance the overall experience.
Cons
Where to start. - Horrible CEO and leadership that thinks they knows all modern techniques but sales tactics and language used is very outdated. Great if you are targeting old, white males in their 50's - No growth opportunities or mentorship. They are not open to suggestions on how to improve the company culture, streamline processes, etc. - Will throw employees under the bus - Low pay. The salary is a joke on what they think is a decent wage. They hire a lot of juniors so they an keep costs low and also individuals that will be a 'yes, sir' and have no creative thought of their own. - RUN as fast as you can away from this company. They will hype you up, put on a big show for you but it is one of the worst managed companies.
