Some of the people don't know how to tlk to people

I'm honestly hard pressed to think of any at this point. 4 weeks paid maternity leave (on top of 6-8 weeks full pay on short term disability for salaried employees), and 2 weeks full paid paternity leave.

Processes are broken and outdated; no one wants to take responsibility for their actions. LOTS of finger pointing between departments and everything that goes wrong is on supply chain's shoulders. Engineering misses something on a BOM or messes up a drawing? Supply chain's fault. Sales promises a customer an order within lead time? Supply chain's fault. They have a very old-school mentality in the office meaning you HAVE to be present in the office to work; i.e. they will not allow you to work from home (unless of course there is a pandemic or it's convenient for them). Child care is not an excuse for not coming into work (depending on who your manager is). There are zero standard operating procedures that people actually follow and absolutely NO training. You will essentially be teaching yourself unless you're lucky enough to find someone willing to answer all your questions and show you things as you go.
