The restaurants are employee run. Hourly employees have it great. Before considering a manager position, consider serving - amazing money and no accountability.
Cons
There are no benefits. No bonus, medical is a joke, pay is remedial, technology is old and never updated, there is no support to management from corporate or regional. Training is horrible. Here's the keys ready go is the training mentality. High stress, no work life balance, and dog eat dog in these restaurants. Corporate's response to falling business is raise prices and throw out more BOGOs. This company was started in 1979 and feels like it never moved forward.
