      This company is Great for development, very educational, great for growth and gives room to grow within the company, internal promotion, benefits, vacation time, bonuses.

      Cons

      The management at times is unorganized and not fair across the board. Need a better budget for things to be properly repaired and not a quick fix. Could expand on marketing methods to be updated with today's technology
