Money was good sometimes. Customers can be very nice.
Cons
Management allows employee theft. Server stole from guests and kept their job due to personal relationship with cook. Server who steals bribes others for acceptance. Cooks making food for their families without paying. Culinary manager only verbally warned and theft kept happening. Dirty restaurant. Nobody wants to clean. Makes busser do the sidewalk and cleaning. Refrigerators don't work properly and there's moldy smell in fireplace room that is ignored so summer heat can bake away smell.
