Very competitive pay and benefits. Collaborative spirit between most departments and teams once trust is built. Aggressive and commitment sales staff with a great sales technique. Great C-Level leadership, not afraid to try new things for a time.
Cons
Weak mid-level and GM leadership. Lacking good 1:1 communications, direction, and mentoring. Some co-worker appear to be back stabber, saying one thing to your face and doing something different. Need to watch your back and make good and trusted allies. Takes some time to make those for everyone is watching out for themselves.
