I really like the opportunity you have as an employee to really take ownership of your assigned role. Rather than just staying squarely within "duties", you can really make your role your own! Feedback and new ideas for business processes are taken into consideration and I feel heard in my opinions as an employee. I feel like my assigned role is one of the favorite roles I've had throughout my working life, I feel my abilities as professional have been polished by being here.

Career-wise, there are opportunities to learn a lot of Ops across many different business domains. The environment is fast-paced, and the team does a great job staying ahead of the technology curve.
