Pros
*Within their process paycheck on time.
*Use ADP
*Has 401K
* Insurance better than last year, Still have to pay alot, but better than Covered California. Has Dental and Vision.
Cons
* In California, max can use 5 days of the sick days/year, though the contractor has earned more than that. They claim is State mandate is actually they don't want to give more. California state mandate is minimal give 5 days.
* They don't really care for you. They just want their cut. They'll ignore your request/issues if outside their current process. I have not seen them trying to do more than their process allows or show compassion.
* No Holidays nor PTO. At least not for the client I'm working for. Will not offer anything on their end and only bare minimal mandated by the State/Fed.
