      Pros

      On time salary. Good for fresher only.

      Cons

      No Good Appraisal. Every time appraisal postpone. Very bad management. No SDLC followed. All time work, No culture activity. Each appraisal need to sign 2 year bond. Not employee friendly. No testing team.

      Pros

      I worked with an excellent team, learned so much and the project I was in was totally world class, clients were super amazing and they were able to clarify all the business related things which made our work more sensible. The mangement did everything to support us. On the whole its a great place to work.

      Cons

      It was a WFH set up its disappointing that I was not able meet my team in person , that would have been more intresting to work on.
