We shall consider your feedback to further tighten our processes however , we would like to mention that experience letter gets issued post F&F settlement ,please be informed that processing of F&F settlement usually takes a minimum of 30 days after the return of company assets, plus it is subject to clearance from various teams. SPOC details pertaining to form 16 etc are communicated through exit mail what every employee gets 1 day prior to their LWD. We take extreme pride to be responsive to all the communication channels but certain times external mails lands in SPAM folder of the designated SPOCS hence the reply gets delayed.
