Throughout the years within the company I've grown from insecure researcher to one of the lead members, from academic explorative research to innovation-driven research and now I lead research in one of the largest corporations in the world. * This company is led by an experienced CEO who is driven by resilience and dedication. It's gone through ups and downs, which is "nicely" reflected by some of the negative reviews, yet he keeps on pushing forward. And this resilience is well reflected within the culture of the company. You would meet the nicest people there who keep on pushing as well and they are some of the most resilient people you will meet. They will support you, they will cheer for you and celebrate each other's success. * The company consists of people from a very diverse backgrounds. It had members spanning all continents, apart Australia. Which is incredible given the size of the company. * Finally, CEO is based in California yet sacrifices himself by waking up very early every single morning to give personal time to employees during British work hours. Additionally, would fly to UK on regular basis to get a more personal touch through organising social events that has become a staple activity.
