For context, the move you mentioned took place 3.5 years ago. The company was acquired two years ago, and since then we’ve been working step by step to rebuild processes, strengthen communication, and create a healthier, more supportive environment for everyone.
It’s true that the move created operational challenges at the time, including a backlog. Although I wasn’t here for that transition, I know it must have been incredibly stressful for the team involved. From what we’ve been able to review, the backlog was closer to 5,000–20,000 orders, but regardless of the number, the impact on employees is what matters most.
