      Pros

      You will face an All-time bottle neck situation. Abusive talk There is nobody to help you.

      Cons

      No vision and mission. You have to lick the CEO for your stability. No motivation from the management. Its a fraud company having false claims. Fake promises You have to work on Sunday too.

      Pros

      Office is in Indira nagar.

      Cons

      CEO has no idea about the product. And egoistic. He believes he can cheat his investors by presenting the unrealistic ideas. All the efforts to get ML models of energy consumption pattern by the devices has been an utter failure. He haven't disclosed that to his investors. So it is done and dusted.

      Pros

      You get two cups of tea sometimes The CEO often appraises your work by sayin "Im paying you" Fun Games Like Termination and PayCut will be played quite often. Probably you're gonna know your worth by learning a lot. Dont have to worry about Experience Letter because you may end up not getting one.

      Cons

      Promises mean nothing. Never fulfilled. If you have some work CEO says "Why should Minion Labs care" Underpaid. Will make you work even after hours. Egoistic, Unprofessional Management, No value for promises No Job security. Threatens to screw up career literally
