Miniter group really has no benefits other than Covid creating an opportunity to work from home.
Cons
This place is quite literally a rotating door. If you get a job here, it won’t be for long! - low pay for this field and the amount of work you do. Go apply at Wendy’s or Mcodnalds they’re hiring at $16 per hour. - management is awful and support team doesn’t answer on teams - they don’t allow time off unpaid which is ridiculous. - they have unattainable goals and you will hear it if your not reaching them - Management can have multiple people off at once but not any other teams And the last review left on Glassdoor is false and was made by HR or Management. There is no group activities, there hasn’t been a soap box in at least 3 years, and there is no happy work morale. They are going to keep this business as a rotating door they way they do not have to pay a higher wage. They will always find new dummies to take this job over and over again. Will not miss this job if my life depended on it
