      Some really knowledgeable and dedicated employees

      Cons

      Senior leadership is divided. A lot of CYA. (Cover your own toosh). Lots of finger pointing with senior management stuck on blaming people instead of root cause process improvement. Organizational development is non existent.

      Good eye for talent, very successful, can obtain great experience.

      Cons

      They underpay, by A LOT. At the time, the exec team was power drunk. Did not take good advice when given by subordinates.
