1. There are limited growth opportunities within the company. I was lied to when I took this job about this aspect.
2. Many women experience bullying and sexism in the workplace. It's awkward to report and HR has not acted on any notification that I am aware of.
3. People in their roles do not leave even when their skills and experiences do not match what is needed in the role.
4. Overall inflexibility in thoughts, ideals and strategies.
5. A siloed work environment.
6. One role has to do the work of many people and are often paid well below market value.
7. Paid time off is not encouraged and lack of coverage does not allow for certain roles to use their paid time off. And they will not pay you out on any unused PTO when you exit the organization.
