      -very smart people, especially senior management -you can learn a lot -very fast paced -flexibility

      -it can be a bit messy and lot of changes every month -not for people who look 9-5 job

      It is a pay check you can survive on if your willing to work 58 hours a week

      Cons

      Management is horrible, there is a revolving door of new people coming and going, hiring process is horrible, extremely hot in the summer, never have no parts to fix anything
