      Pros

      There are none wouldn't recommend this plant to my enemy as a place of employment.

      Cons

      Top management feel like they still in Mexico when it come to their US plant and want to run them like they are and not adhere to US laws. Production take priority over safety and environmental issues. Hourly wages for employees is at or was at $10 hr. and thier treated badly.
