My name is Krasi and I worked with Mintago for almost two years. I have worked across multiple teams in several countries, but at Mintago I really felt at home. The team is extremely collaborative and it has been an absolute joy working with everyone.  I joined the product team, so I had the good fortune of working with the founders themselves. Daniel has been extremely supportive, giving me full independence and trust in building the Mintago product. That is very rare in most companies nowadays, so I have to give to credit both Chieu and Daniel for the support given but also for empowering us to grow individually and as a team.  Last but not least, the company is really social toward its employees. Remote work is generally acceptable, which was important to me. The management is super cool and understanding when it comes to personal matters like raising a family for example. Another strong point.  If you are looking for a good work-life balance, but also a place where you can really make an impact and grow in your career, Mintago is the right place for you!

As with any startup, you can expect a dynamic environment. The company is fast-growing, which means you have to embrace change. That could be both a good and bad thing.
