Learning and development are core to us. Our early career programs are designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience, with close collaboration within the team and regular check-ins so interns and apprentices can learn, contribute, and grow throughout their time at Mirakl. Depending on business needs, team structure, and available openings, a permanent role may not always be possible — and this is made clear from the interview process. Whenever it is possible, we strongly encourage and promote this option, that's why in 2025, around 20% of our interns/apprentices continued at Mirakl in a permanent role.
We also take workload and work-life balance very seriously. We encourage open communication and early escalation when someone feels overwhelmed, whether with a manager or a People Partner, so that solutions and support can be put in place. We’re sorry if you didn’t feel able to benefit from this, and we continue to train and support our managers on these topics.
