Not many cons. Some people are rude but you are going to get that everywhere. There is nothing you can personally do about it. A good place to work.

Good company culture. Good leadership. They provided product-line cross training. I worked with a very good team of field engineers for the automation product. It was the first time I saw a CEO conduct an employee feedback survey and share the results with the company, and also share a plan of action to address the results of the survey.

Field engineer work requires intensive travel.
