      I think. the worklife balance is good! Also there's always the chance this company gets acquired or IPOs someday in the future

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't seem to know what it's doing. Also with growth being stagnant as with all enterprise apps the vibes aren't great. Go to market seems lost and throwing stuff at the wall that doesn't work

      lack of directions product is always changing weak leadership employee compensation is changing- more expectations and making it harder for us to make money
