Let me start by saying most of the people I worked with were amazing. The pay is horrible, we were told a raise was coming for months and while I worked there it never came. We had a $1500 sign on bonus and I only received 1 installment of that bonus, I should have had 2 installments of that bonus before I finally quit. The work environment is extremely toxic and it doesn't seem like the upper management wants to help with anything about it. They care more about money than the recovery of the addicts and alcoholics that come to them for help, every guest is looked at like they are dollar signs. I was told I would be paid $15.50 /hr and after looking at pay stubs I noticed I was being paid $15/hr. When I brought this up to the HR manager he refused to up my pay and give me the back pay that they owed me. My own boss couldn't even get it corrected even though he tried. I would run away from any offer that MLRC gives you. Go work for a rehab that cares about it's guests and employees not just the money. I have worked at multiple rehabs and this one is the absolute worst one I have ever worked at.
