Pros
The people are nice, energetic, and eager to do good work any hour of the day. There is always something new happening that requires quickly going in a new direction, so you are never bored. There's always an unexpected surprise to tackle. It never ends. That is the truest statement about the company.
Cons
The turnover is astounding. The entire time I was there, the turnover was an ongoing (known), issue that was constantly being addressed ... without success. There are clear reasons for the turnover, but the culture is what the culture is at this point. If you are not happily willing to consistently work over 45+ hours a week, on the evenings, on weekends, constantly, you'll burn out and ... leave. And, that's what people do.
