Pros

Mission Minded has a clear market niche and a vibrant team culture. They have a well-established model of incorporating contract strategists into their team and making you feel welcomed and valued. A very sincere, kind, talented, and fun group to work with. Their 20 year track record reflects the good work they do for nonprofits and schools. I would (and do) recommend Mission Minded to anyone who will listen.

Cons

Since I already had an established consulting practice, I had to learn additional and sometimes redundant systems as I onboarded with Mission Minded (eg. additional G Suite accounts, Slack, project management). But the learning curve flattened out by my second engagement with them. Absolutely no regrets!

We love it when our contract-based colleagues feel welcomed and valued. They are an essential part of our team, and bring fresh perspective that is always appreciated (and creates a virtuous circle of learning). Thank you for taking the time to post.

Thank you for posting. One of our values encourages colleagues to "Reach Out & Invite In" so we appreciate all perspectives, even when some are hard to hear. They encourage us to try to do better.
