Where to begin? This company is a huge mess: Inexperienced management, with inflated egos, poor treatment of employees, and terrible structure. I don't know of anyone at the company that actually enjoys working there; even my former boss confided to me that she was looking for other opportunities. How could you enjoy working there when you are overworked and your best is never enough? The company has no values or appreciation for employees. Those at the top are money hungry individuals who do not respect the people at the bottom that are actually doing the work and coming in on weekends. This company will not last long. It is only a matter of time before everyone leaves and the CEO is left with nothing but poorly made dog and ferret clothes.
