Pros
There are no PRO's to working at Simply She, unless you like to get free drinks at parties and seeing your designs in "big" stores. The latest 5 star reviews are obviously fraud, or written by the owner or someone she paid/hired to write them. To get a 5 star review, you should certainly have a lot more going for you then "free snacks" "free drinks" as some reviews have noted.
Cons
Going to work everyday was a challenge. It is a horrible atmosphere with yelling, management continually making you feel you have not done enough, and a lot of spinning! Hours could be a lot shorter if the owner could ever make a decision and stick to it. ( and she makes ALL the decisions) All of the negative reviews on here are completely accurate. Creativity is stagnant at this company, only designs that are copied from other companies ever make it into the line. Not sure what the other "5" star reviews are talking about! Obviously someone who has no clue about the creative department. (or was hired to write it)
