Pros
Fun to work in the snow, most kids are fun, senior staff are awesome, great bosses.
Cons
If you are under 30 years old, or have not worked as an instructor for decades you are almost guaranteed to only teach young kids who are on the bunny hill or maybe chair one. Scheduling is absolutely awful. If someone else doesn't show up (almost always) or they overbooked the lessons (very common) you will have to pick up the slack even of that means taking a lesson of 7 near-toddlers on the bunny hill for two hours. Those days are rough. Other times they underbook lessons and have too many instructors, then you "get to" go off on your own which sounds nice in theory but if you are scheduled to work, you should have work. Plus, the drive is both long and expensive and you already don't get many hours per day (6 max).
