Great company - Senior Systems Engineer Mission1st Employee Review

Good compensation/benefits package, very good HQ support, team of down to earth and very competent people with great attitude.

The clients I was supporting were unreasonably difficult. They kept complaining about everything, they very demanding, not understanding at all. That as well as COVID-19 made work unbearable at times.

I like the other Mission 1st employees I work with.

Management low balled me on salary, management doesn't provide access to a 401K until someone has worked at the company for a year, management does not provide enough time off for people - that too is very skimpy. This company has the capacity to be a great company if it would be a little less cheap and if it would communicate more often with its employees.
