Get the highest salary you can when you hire in, because after that horrible raises and promotions rarely happen. They cut half of IT in 2024, replaced with offshore. We all got more work and crappy 2% raises, after announcing they are a 3.4 billion dollar company. Morale is an all time low. Everyone hanging by a thread.. just wondering when their last day will be and how long they will last before replaced by offshore or leave because of exhaustion and tired of not being compensate or recognized long term, it will be architects and managers FTE, everyone else offshore. No one feels safe here. benefits absolute crap.
