They will promise you a lot during the interview but then not really follow through with it once you are brought on. Managers speak at you and you can barely get a word in. Even on your one on ones. Managers don't push back on leadership. They will literally say I know we don't agree but this is what the CEO wants us to do it so that's why we are doing it.
