Our director takes care of his employee. You can talk to him if you have any issues. He gives good increment and bonuses. I've been comparing with other SME and I have to say this is one of the best. Business outlook is looking very good I would say.
Cons
Some colleagues are just too much too handle. But everywhere you go you will encounter with people like this. So learn to ignore it.
