Pros
- Competitive salary - Flexible working hours
Cons
- Toxic, gossiping, and intolerant community with lots of mean or arrogant people. They truly want the worst for you, constantly monitoring you and reporting every breath you take, creating a picture of you that you never even heard of. - Absolutely horrible feedback culture, no proper, professional performance evaluation, they have no idea about what the difference is between criticism and feedback. Giving anonymous evaluation without any context or situation description, then inviting you randomly to a talk with HR where they roast the * out of you. - Cowardly client communication, talking * about a problematic client while showing a cute, understanding, and patient attitude toward them in meetings. No transparent or honest confrontation. - High fluctuation, people are coming and going - Sexism, bully culture, and vulgar speech is an everyday practice - Untidy colleagues, the kitchen looked disgusting some days from the leftover food purred into the sink, etc. - No proper onboarding: do it yourself and then worry when it is 2-3 months late compared to your rapidly growing list of responsibilities - The company only has 2 foreign co-workers (out of the nearly 250 people) - Overall crap working culture
