Pros
I have developed my skill
Cons
The job was not permanent, and employees could be terminated at any time based on the company's internal evaluation process. The working hours were very strict, from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and we were sometimes required to work overtime. The company conducted multiple technical interviews and performance evaluations, even after joining. Employees had to clear these evaluations to become permanent. If the management decided to terminate an employee, they first conducted a final technical interview. If the performance in that interview was not satisfactory, they informed the employee that they had not met the expected standards and proceeded with the termination. In my case, I completed the training program and worked sincerely. However, I was informed that my performance did not meet their expectations during the final evaluation, and my employment was terminated.
